Warranty Information
Our
Customer Guarantee: Every item
purchased from endLoop.com carries a (1)
one-year warranty from the date of
purchase with the same terms and
conditions of the original Panasonic
warranty (a copy of which is available
upon request):

We
guarantee that it works or we’ll
replace it (unless it has been
abused: liquid spills, physical
damage, lightning or power strike,
etc.)

If
you feel the equipment wasn’t
refurbished to your standards,
we’ll replace it.
(Within 7 days of purchase)

Need
someone to install the equipment?
We’ll locate a local dealer
for you, or we may be able to dial
in remotely to program your system.

We'll
provide overnight advance
replacement of any defective
equipment while under
endLoop warranty. We issue a
return authorization to ship
defective equipment at no cost to
you. We authorize your credit
card for the purchase price when we ship the replacement,
then credit the charge when you
return the equipment.
All
product is labeled with a tamperproof
sticker with the date that the warranty
expires. If sticker is tampered with or
removed, the warranty is voided. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
